Description:  Back when Frisco's 4-8-4 #4500 was getting cosmetically restored, to be displayed in the new Route 66 Village. On Dec. 10th, 2007. Tulsa was hit with one of (if not THE WORST) ice storm to ever hit here. Everything had several inches of ice. Including #4500, seen here in the SKOL yard. North of down town Tulsa.
