Rock Island GP18M 1238 at El Reno. Yet another odd one on the Rock; 1238 was one of three units built, at least on paper, with wrecked F7 or GP7 components, emerging from La Grange as GP18Ms. They appear as normal GP18s with 36" fans in lieu of the standard 48" version.
