Mike Woodruff General This is probably B&O 1702, one of four L-3 class 0-8-0s which became the last active steam locomotives on the B&O in late 1958. They were renumbered from the 790s in 1953 to the 900s in 1957, so this shot was taken somewhere in that time frame. The obs/lounge car suggest that this is the consist of the Capitol Limited. 8/18/2011 9:36:15 AM
