Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Stemmer's Run, Maryland, in March of 1951. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6847, an M-1 (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during September of 1926 and retired in May of 1957 after 31 years of faithful service.
