Harry Edmunds General These covers are being used to prevent coal dust from blowing the coal loads. The Sierra Club has filed suit against both BNSF and UP for blowing coal dust that is fouling our air and causing the death of millions of people in Wyoming alone. 5/9/2013 6:21:05 PM
