| Shreveport's downtown UP yard is along the riverfront in Shreveport, across from tke Horseshoe Casino Hotel (in the r.h. corner of photo). The approaching UP freight in this picture has just left the UP yard from the north end. The KCS coal unit train is on a track that winds around to the south end of the UP yaid. This track converges into the double track main to form the triple track main just southwest of downtown Shreveport. The SUV by the locomotive is a KCS' roadmaster's SUV. |
