Description:  Norfolk Southern AC4400CW units 3966, 3967 and 3994 were at the BNSF-Wabtec interchange, on their way to Wabtec’s Fort Worth plant. These were former CIT Rail (CEFX) lease units 1026, 1028 and 1018 which had been purchased by the NS in June 2023 and they were going to be upgraded into AC4400CWM locos.
