My railfan buddy unadvisedly crossed track 1 to take a closer shot of the PC units. Certainly, this was not a good idea safety wise even though I could keep an eye on any approaching traffic. Both were built by GM-EMD. #8053 is a GP38-2 and #7866 is a GP-38. They're pulling a mixed-cargo freight train past the Passenger Station and up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin and points West. Partially visible in the distance is the black-colored 12th Street Footbridge.
